I have now sold a total of seven homes. John both LISTED and SOLD the last two in Katy, Texas. One in 2002 and the other in January of this year. In both cases he went way beyond what any previous Realtor had done. The last house was vacant during listing and John went by several times to turn off water/ protect faucets during extreme cold. He helped me load heavy personnal items being removed one day. No mistakes or surprises at closing either time. Absolutely the best!!
